In actual cleaning, the filling interval should be reasonably determined according to the size of the cleaning spot to avoid unevenness of the shading after cleaning. From the essence of the coupling effect of the green laser pointer and the material, factors that may affect the efficiency and effectiveness of rust cleaning are: Power density (energy density), spot size, light intensity distribution, spot overlap rate, pulse width (single pulse action time), pulse waveform.
When the spot overlap rate is low, the rust layer remains due to small unwashed areas (dotted shading) in the scanning area; when the overlap rate is high, the substrate appears oxidized and yellowed due to the cumulative thermal effect of light pulses;
The experiments show that the rust is cleaned, and the overlap range of the substrate without significant oxidation is about: 20% ~ 50% (theoretical calculation is that the minimum overlap rate of the circular spot covering the cleaning area is 25%). When the power density of the green laser pointer is appropriate, comprehensive cleaning effects and efficiency factors are integrated. When formulating the cleaning process, the spot overlap rate should be greater than 20%.
