Application of laser processing technology in smartphone manufacturing

Laser processing technology is mainly used in smart phones in three aspects: laser marking and micro-processing, laser welding and laser cutting. In terms of marking, we are all familiar with the logo and laws and regulations of laser marking can be seen in the cell phone case, battery and other parts. In terms of laser pointer micro-processing, the multi-station precise splicing technology makes the outer frame more beautiful. In glass micro-processing, “breath breath” is required to display characters, which plays a good role in anti-counterfeiting. There are also invisible information reminding patterns, such as breathing lamp and indicator lamp.
