On May 25, CIMC signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Han’s Laser. The two parties agreed to further enhance their strategic partnership on the basis of previous cooperation.
According to reports, Dazu will provide the world’s leading laser pointer processing equipment and technical support for the intelligent manufacturing and industrial upgrading of CIMC’s multiple business segments, and CIMC will also provide a wide range of application scenarios for the continuous innovation and development of Han’s laser equipment. Space, and provide solutions for all kinds of equipment of the big family in logistics and transportation, the two sides also explored the future in the capital, industry, finance, management and other fields, using their respective advantages to expand cooperation space.
In this strategic agreement, CIMC invited Dazu Laser to participate in its manufacturing upgrade project.
At present, CIMC’s main business segments such as container, vehicle, energy and chemical industry are carrying out comprehensive upgrading of manufacturing industry with projects such as “Longteng Plan”, “Lighthouse Plan” and “Dream Six Plan”, and upgrade production with automation, flexibility and digital production. Efficiency, reduce labor costs and improve product quality. Han’s laser laser cutting, welding and other equipment and solutions will provide technical support for CIMC.
In addition, CIMC’s vehicle business and Han’s Laser have started formal project cooperation. CIMC’s factories in Shenzhen, Dongguan, Wuhu, Zhumadian, Xi’an and Liangshan have ordered several sets of fiber laser cutting machines and several sets of Dazu Laser Intelligent Equipment Group. A laser cutting flexible production line to help CIMC vehicles have successfully built an advanced manufacturing model “Beacon Factory” in Dongguan, copying and upgrading to other factories.
The other projects of CIMC and the series of specific projects of the big family laser pointer are also under negotiation.
In addition to the smart manufacturing field, CIMC will also provide high-quality lasers for Han’s laser in many fields such as logistics services and financial services.
In addition, CIMC Multimodal Transport also cooperates with local railway bureaus to operate more than 10 domestic lines and has its own road and water transportation equipment and network to provide customers with one-stop door-to-door solutions.
Dazu Laser and CIMC Multimodal Transport signed a business cooperation agreement on the spot. CIMC will provide a variety of door-to-door land and sea freight solutions for Dazu Laser in the future.
