In response to the country’s vigorous development of the new energy vehicle industry, during the two sessions this year, Ma Xinqiang, the representative of the National People’s Congress, also suggested that the government introduce policy guidance and support the major scientific and technological special projects to promote innovation collaboration between upstream and downstream, thereby achieving key core technology. Breakthrough and actively build a complete manufacturing and R & D industrial system.
