Positioning And Navigation Technology Laser Pointer

The current products of the wood ant robot are two models with a load capacity of 100kg and 500kg, with a maximum speed of 1.5m / s, using an industrial-grade servo drive control system, repeatable positioning accuracy of ± 1cm, support for virtual track system, wireless button call, server scheduling, It can run at high speed under the condition of man-machine mixed field, and also supports the expansion of non-standard functions such as jacking, rollers, conveyors, and robotic arms. On the basis of the original functions, the models jointly developed by Wood Ant and Quick Warehouse support two-dimensional code navigation and laser pointer navigation.

The positioning and navigation technology used by the wood ant robot is based on the lidar SLAM, and adds multi-sensor fusion solutions such as vision and inertial navigation. Compared with the previous positioning schemes such as magnetic stripe and reflective plate lidar, lidar SLAM does not need to arrange any markers, and can adapt to and meet the requirements of flexible production for autonomous path planning, autonomous obstacle avoidance, and man-machine mixed field operations. Multiple sensor fusions can enhance the stability of positioning and navigation.

In addition to being more flexible, the free path guidance is mainly to transform the application of AGV from non-standardized to standardized, thereby increasing the degree of standardization of the laser pointer of the scheme, accelerating the implementation time of the project, and thus expanding the application on a large scale. In the future, as the price of products decreases due to scale, it is also expected to replace the existing AGV solution.
